      . Good product but won't be successful as a company if they don't look at the leadership

      Cons

      Poor upper management - no direction - leaders put in place are pompous and not helpful - if you aren't fully playing by their rules they degrade you

      Fun startup vibe, lots of food and coffee and snacks Coolest stuff they're building Unlimited free printing in any material Smart, generally fun people

      Cons

      Everyone is overworked, high turnover, no internal hiring, complete lack of care for employee safety ranging from months spent in high-powder concentration atmospheres to (probably explosive) alcohol fume rooms. Machine shop safety is lazy
