      Pros

      Everyone I've worked with has been superb. Quick to handle things, I've never had to chase people down. Super friendly and accommodating. Even with remote work they always reach out and make you a part of the team.

      Cons

      I haven't really experienced any negatives so far. Of course in today's world most of the communication is remote but I appreciate the measures to keep employees safe.
