Pros

* some coworkers are really fun to work with * some of the clients are fantastic to work with * travel opportunities are nice * ok benefits

Cons

* salary. they will give you nonsense reasons as to why it's so bad. question those reasons, examine them closely. Your annual "raises" are simply subpar cost of living adjustments * increasingly bad work-life balance. This used to be a company that valued this balance. It is not any more. * Increasingly...oddly...cutthroat. Does not feel safe to make mistakes of any kind , even when your project load is unsustainable and you're working 50-60 hour weeks * timesheet culture is toxic and breeds dishonesty. other agencies have figured this out. * weirdly, vocally defensive about other glassdoor reviews. seems to point to a emotionally driven leadership * high attrition rates (and dismissive about it) * no real growth opportunities * cliques in leadership. if you aren't a part of this little club, watch your back and be careful

Thanks for your positive feedback about our coworkers, clients, and more. I’m sorry we’re not meeting your expectations in all areas. We take very seriously our culture, work-life balance, and career growth for staff. I take a lot of pride in seeing our rising leaders across all units of the company. We’re also always working to improve, and build on our 21 years of hard-earned experience! I’m very open to feedback -- and encourage you to see me or one of our managers with your ideas.

Pros

Great clients and colleagues. Interesting work though the company lacks the expertise and staff to deliver what they sell.

Cons

CEO does not adequately support staff or listen to their concerns. High turnover and unclear communication from CEO contribute to a sense of instability and dissatisfaction among employees. If you’re capable, you’ll be overworked and under appreciated, while the CEO’s friends are highlighted and promoted.
