Some really nice coworkers I will miss. They allow remote work. Some fixability.
Cons
Some employees are not trustworthy, and only appear to care about their own total compensation and advancement. The Foth EPI bonus program is destructive to staff comradery. Members turn on each other and hog billable hours to advance and get bonus pay. If you are not a Green Bay employee your upward mobility is extremely limited or non-existent. Might be a good company if you are and engineer or a project manager. Forget working here if you are you are in administration role. Pay raises were nonexistent over a five year period. RCM role needs a major overhaul. One employee that was reported for being abusive to junior members and others staff members was promoted and given a raise. Your skills will diminish. You will feel under compensated and appreciated. Look somewhere else to work.
