      Pros

      I liked my former boss before he quit and I liked the people I worked directly with.

      Cons

      My last boss was a pathetic butt-kisser who failed meeting his goals every year but still was rewarded for his continued failures. CEO And COO not trustworthy and only appear to care about their own total compensation. If you are not a Green Bay employee your upward mobility is extremely limited or non-existent. Green Bay culture is in-bred old-boy social club. Continual turnover of critical employees with client contacts and ability to bring in work. Former CEO’s son is now CEO and he has no people skills or long-term vision for company. A prime example of company’s Green Bay in-bred social club orientation. Company constantly changes focus based on latest whim of CEO and COO.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Laid back work environment. Just do what you say you are going to do, when you said you would do it by, and you can enjoy a decent amount of flexibility.

      Cons

      There is a bit of the "good old boys" club going on. Company shares are only by invite. Can be a lot of politics to navigate at times.

      It was a downhill slide

      Put in over 15 years there not as great work done worked with a lot of great people

      Cons

      At one time it was a very team atmosphere where people would come in and actually spend extra time or their own time because they enjoyed it there to get out a good project. Then it was like somebody went to a conference and the next thing you know it just turned into cattle going into stanchions. Don't finish your project because if there's nothing coming along you'll be let go. Project scheduling is awful the only reason they make one is so they can miss it when I left it seemed that they would rather project manage and Outsource work then actually do the work
