There is no company culture besides do your job and go home. They will lie to you to your face and leadership thinks they are better than everyone underneath them. Zero opportunities for promotions and they do not take feedback to change anything. Leadership takes shortcuts to make their job easier even if it’s an inconvenience to employees. They will not make your issues a priority until you threaten to quit or it directly affects leadership. You are a robot. Period. And that’s exactly the way they run their internal business model. The whole company is one big blame game and if you are to blame, you will get attitude. Company does and did not handle the COVID situation intelligently or efficiently. This is the worst place I’ve ever worked in my life and it is sad because it could be great. Leadership does not find making things better or treating employees better because it is not a priority to them. There is no positivity and will consistently be hounded on with what you’re doing wrong but will rarely ever be praised for going above and beyond. Which creates an environment of people who don’t want to go above and beyond. High turnaround rate and company does nothing to fix it. Don’t do it.
