None that I can think of, especially now that they have changed pay for new employees coming in.
Cons
This company will treat you as a second-class citizen if you are not part of the LDS church. Up until a few years ago, they had zero diversity of their board (look it up) -- the board was previously made-up of old, white men (mostly LDS). In the last 4-5 years, they have had a lot of "diversity" hires, especially in people-relations positions, in an effort to fool the public and most importantly, the clients that they are trying to do business with. They are desperate to give the market the impression that they are not this tired, Mormon company from a bygone era. However, DON'T BE FOOLED by new marketing and slogans and a few token minorities. This is the same company you've read about in other reviews from years ago -- the company is backwards-thinking, judgmental, and refuses to accept the modern world and changing times. They might look like they are diverse and modern from their stock photos on their website, but once you start working there, you'll realize that they only people that advance their careers are the ones that look, act and think like LDS members. There are many, many people who are completely unqualified to hold management positions but are only there for one of two reasons - 1. blatant nepotism 2. their LDS affiliation. Most employees who are not apart of the LDS church cannot fathom how it's acceptable to have a publicly-traded company like this in 2024. It's truly mind-boggling.
