Dell R & D Work policy is bad and new joiners suffer discrimination - Anonymous employee Freelancer Employee Review

The new joiners are treated very badly. There are tasks with tight dead lines and employee works very hard to complete tasks, all 7 days a week. Yet close to 2 years management throws them out with baseless argument that they do not perform well.
