      Good policy's, A lot of facilities to float to.

      Cons

      Poor management. Bad at enforcing policy. Managers pick and choose policy to follow. They play and change pay and reduce benefits without notice, even if it is the opposite of a hire agreement.

      Health insurance was good. Paid biweekly.

      MD's can be difficult to work with, sometimes they have unrealistic expectations of social workers.
