Team work with other nurses
Cons
Work load can be a lot
- 2.0Oct 25, 2023Renal DietitianFormer Employee, more than 3 years
Pros
If you want to get into renal, this is one of the largest companies you can work for. They do have some good learning resources. I really liked and respected many of my patients and coworkers.
Cons
Focus is on making money for the company, no matter how you slice it. Lots of corporate jargon and useless meetings. Too much upper management who don't understand the stressors of the ground-level employees. Poor pay for what they ask you to do.

- 5.0Dec 13, 2022Social WorkerCurrent Employee, more than 8 yearsSavannah, GA
Pros
I love my team and my patietns. The company took great care of all of us during the pandemic. I love how flexible the work is and how I never feel micromanaged.
Cons
Too much paperwork, sometimes communication between very high up and staff is not effective. Seems like some changes happen and we stumble unto it before being told about it.
1 - 5.0Mar 7, 2023Patient Care TechnicianCurrent Employee
Pros
Very rewarding work if helping people is important to you Good pay and benefits, ok PTO
Cons
Heavy workload Stressful at time Little room for advancement
- 1.0May 25, 2023Post Market Surveillance SpecialistCurrent Employee
Pros
reasonable, decent, nice people, consistent
Cons
management can be improved, compensation is low
- 5.0Sep 1, 2022Warehouse Associate IIFormer Employee, more than 1 yearWheaton, IL
Pros
Manager is the best, approachable pay is a bit descent compared to other places
Cons
sometimes overtimes are mandatory, not to consider other people have stuff going on in their lives besides coming to work like school, and kids, and they force changes on start times regularly, if you don't show up, its registered as late. Gossip, and feeling of entitlement, the worst thing that it's allowed and the top leads also participate freely, and encourage it. some want to be worshiped.
