    Pros

    Minimal supervision. Not working with complicated technologies.

    Cons

    -Supplies should not be the responsibility of technical.
    -sub par pay.
    -ATOM was like a screen door on a submarine.

    If you want a career that is fulfilling please search elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

    If you want to keep your educated employees, pay them more. When the secretaries are getting paid almost the same as your biomeds someone in corporate has lost their minds. Area needs a non alcoholic supervisor (r.b and d.c.)

    Long hours and always on call. Great training program, but they don't follow it.

    Lots of PTO, Easy Personal Contact, Good Schedules

    There is room fro advancement to a point. After that point it becomes impossible to continue to grow.

    Patients are wonderful kind and caring.

    Cons

    trying to get everything done and they mount of time that they allow it and also they have clicks and favoritism

    Advice to Management

    You have an open door policy but you don't use anything that goes on behind the door you just nod your head and go on about your business and do not listen to what is going on outside your door

    Nice people to work with, job is not too demanding

    Cons

    Not much room for advancement, not very much vacation time, pay is so-so not top of the market. Nice if you're top management, rest can come and go.

    Advice to Management

    You've got some dedicated and hard working staff, treat them well with advancement etc and you'll keep them .
