    Advice to Management

You have an open door policy but you don't use anything that goes on behind the door you just nod your head and go on about your business and do not listen to what is going on outside your door

    Pros

Nice people to work with, job is not too demanding

    Cons

Not much room for advancement, not very much vacation time, pay is so-so not top of the market. Nice if you're top management, rest can come and go.

    Advice to Management

You've got some dedicated and hard working staff, treat them well with advancement etc and you'll keep them .

I worked at Fresenius full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits are good. Could be more multi cultural in some facilities.

    Cons

Pay could be better per experience. DO NOT APPLY FOR A POSITION AT THE SAN BERNARDINO WATERMAN CLINIC. This clinic is horrible. Staff do not follow policy and procedure. Staff do not use proper infection control. Blood is always on the floor, sharps containers, back of machines, walls, counters, on patients chairs. Machines are not properly disinfected, Always short of help, Staff are always late for work, call ins are high. Management is never available. To many clicks. Its a horrible clinic to work. I suggest any other Fresenius clinic. NOT THIS ONE.

    Advice to Management

Make yourself more available to your staff. Be a good listener and be fair.

I worked at Fresenius full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I am trying to think of pros, but there is none. Manger & charge Nurse care only about themselves. Treat Staff very unprofessional.

    Cons

Manger & charge Nurse is lazy, shady, & not trust worthy. They take 1 1\2 hour lunches during turn around. Will not help Staff with problems, schedules, or dr.

    Advice to Management

Fire the manager & charge Nurses that do not work their hours.

I worked at Fresenius full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good pay, good benefits.

    Cons

The pharmacy staff at the DFW Distribution Center are the most unprofessional group of people With whom I have ever worked. Petty arguments, bullying, use of profanity, false accusations and inappropriate use of the Human Resources Department as a tool to get rid of employees that don't fit their hidden agenda. Power struggle between upper management and the pharmacy staff at all levels. A toxic work environment for anyone. Stay as far away from this facility's pharmacy aand it's staff.

    Advice to Management

Totally clean housse at the pharmacy level. These people are only interested in themselves and not the patients.
