I have been working at Fresenius (More than 5 years)

    Pros

PTO benefits, and ability to move up in the company

    Cons

    Early hours, long days

    Advice to Management

Cut days down to 3 days versus 4 days for full time employees. I was hired for 4 days, 10 hour shifts. The shifts usually always near to 12 hours not 10. FOUR 12 hour shifts is too much.

  3. "Great company to work for, early hours but overall excellent company"

    I worked at Fresenius full-time

    Pros

None at all. They are the worst company.

    Cons

They don’t give two cares about staff or patient care. It’s all about the money.

    Advice to Management

Get a new owner, get new trainers, or just shut down in a whole.

I worked at Fresenius full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Minimal supervision. Not working with complicated technologies.

    Cons

-Supplies should not be the responsibility of technical.
    -sub par pay.
-ATOM was like a screen door on a submarine.

If you want a career that is fulfilling please search elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

If you want to keep your educated employees, pay them more. When the secretaries are getting paid almost the same as your biomeds someone in corporate has lost their minds. Area needs a non alcoholic supervisor (r.b and d.c.)
