Great Work Environment, Leadership cares about you, you're not another number. They do a lot for employees. Unlimited PTO. FreshLime is really strategic with the leads and partnerships they have so it makes it easier to reach business owners. The level of trust they put in there employees is unreal They have unlimited snacks which could be a con if you're on a diet. The sales culture is the right environment for you to thrive in. The platform is easy to sell because of the value it brings Smb's. FreshLime cares about you. The Ceo's door is always open for feedback and ideas. By far the best company to work with. I've worked here for 3 years.

FreshLime's hiring process can be better. We hired people that should have never been given the opportunity. They came from bigger companies and they couldn't perform at a top performer level. They had this diva mentality and started to change the sales culture. Unfortunately, the negative reviews that have been given to us pains me as a current employee that has worked here for many years and the bad reviews are coming from people who were bottom performers that had negative attitudes that are shocked that they were let go when they were bottom performers and not the best employees. I wish we had a more intense hiring process to weed out the weeds.
