Was screwed over by my manager, after a colleague left they gave me all of their responsibilities with no additional compensation, after experience seasonal affective disorder, my manager used my mental health struggle which I had previously disclosed to them, and since learned to manage, and tasks that I was never asked to do as an excuse to in secret coordinate with HR to put me under employment review, without even once mentioning there was an issue to me. Upon the review it became clear to my department head and HR that there was no issues with my attitude or work as over 6 weeks they noticed no problems whatsoever. If you choose to work here don’t have mental health issues or your manager may decide to put you under review.
