Pros
You get out of FPG what you put into it and it's worth it! This is truly a team that works together and explores blue oceans! Frontline is the only place I've ever worked where I can pick up the phone and call anyone in Senior Management including the President! God willing, this will be the last company I'll work for and I'll retire here.
Cons
I really don't have any "cons" to give you. But I can tell you, if you work hard the payoff is worth it.
