Pros
Since the take over there have been some marginal positive moves for benefits. There's a lot of opportunity to expand your skills and work on different projects. The people are great to work with and the office is located in a great location.
Cons
Pay is below the market average. Sometimes the work outpaces the amount of people able to do it however, that a problem at a lot of companies. Employee retention is fairly poor
