Pros

The benefits are great, and low cost.

Cons

The salary paid is the bare minimum. Google claims it’s 18% below the national average for a store manager. $15 an hour for a job that requires you to juggle 8 tasks a day. Commission is there but isn’t permanent, it can disappear for months with no promise to return, which makes bills hard to pay. Tech support is so hard to get a hold of, and when you do there’s a good chance they don’t know how to fix your issue. Training for the position is also non existent. All your KPI’s can be in the green, but upper management will still have negative things to say, even if your store brings in millions a year.

Pros

Good benefits, flexible hours, and being able to get school work done while working is amazing. Because I did super good they bumped me to $15 an hour, so plus commissions I make over $20 an hour sometimes. You just have to do your job right and you make decent money.

Cons

My starting pay was $9.5 an hour which is insane. The expectation to meet quotas is high.
