Pros

Some great people within the teams

Cons

It’s a collection of smaller companies that have been bought, pulled together but never integrated. No real culture and only drive it revenue, it’s not about the right solution, it’s about just selling them as much as you can, for as much as you can. Then the implementation teams need to make it happen and deal with the consequences

Pros

Great studio Nice workflow by the time the work came to us , we were left to create the video...with minimal interference gave a lot of new college grads a chance to work and create Subject matter experts (Dave and Greg) were always ready to answer technical questions...if they did not know the answer would find out Adam Stedman (then CEO) told me I was "intimidating" so that was fun I am usually called "nice...or a hard worker"

Cons

Covid turned WFH into PTO for some full timers (GP and Client) video training lost steam company purchased by a large holding company "this is going to be great"...they say then the cuts came client closed the studio we were collateral damage it was a fun gig stars below reflect part time no bennies so I could not score higher work/life video production is any 7 any hour it is what it is
