      I honestly can't find anything positive about the company.

      Cons

      Worst company in the industry. Bullying is rife and the management just ignored it and let it carry on. Management is the most incompetent I have ever seen.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.
