Excellent Systems & Processes with Opportunities to learn and grow across functions . Working atmosphere very congenial . Focus was on enabling rather than providing continued support. Leading FMCG Co with Brand leaders in most of the categories High Performing Indian Managers handling GSK businesses in Africa , Middle East & S.E.Asia, By and large a good review and appraisal system.
Cons
Since mid 2010 , GSK Consumer India's focus is more on delivering Top Line sometimes compromising on SOP's and ignoring feedback from frontline Sales Managers resulting in an unhealthy build up in inventory in secondary pipeline.( super distributors / distributors & sub distributors.)
