Pros
I like culture and values, there are good career opportunities, average salary in the market, PULSE program, great support from Exelence centres.
Cons
Everything is going down, a lot of changes every year, stressed atmosphere inside the company. Some local rules ( regulations) does't conform with global or local law (example: I wanted to apply for PULSE programm, but direct manager didn't allow; possibility to take vacation contravene to local law).
