Excellent training in product knowledge, disease state, and selling process.

Cons

This is a "sales" job, but as a result of an FDA suit implemented in 2011, sales representatives can no longer be graded by sales. Instead, performance is measured by very subjective parameters.

Cons

This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
