Pros
Good inclusive culture not only in terms of gender but also in terms of accepting outside ideas and people with different backgrounds. The organization is very humble as they know they have a lot to do to be in the same level of the big FMCGs and CH companies, it is not arrogant at all. Very strong brands such as Advil, Panadol, Sensodyne, etc.
Cons
Too few career opportunities for people that are in the organization. In the last 5 years, it integrated with two different companies and the leading mindset came always from the company that was integrated to GSK. Moreover the tendency is always to seek talent from outside and not give chance to the people inside the organization. Brands have sometimes a limited level of investment compared with their main competitors
