      Lot of great science happening at this company if you can get onto the right team. There are a lot of opportunities.

      This is a very large company and works as a bureaucracy. Salary ranges and bonuses are set and not very negotiable.

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
