Terrible stagnant middle management with low emotional intelligence that have been with the company for too long (6-7+ years) that you can not trust and will often lie to your face, they have completely lost site of what a healthy and happy workplace is and are only interested in their own progression, while also having unrealistic expectations of project completion, due to not knowing themselves the entire process because they haven’t kept their skills up to date on relevant workflows and software
Very limited opportunities for growth due to the bottleneck of middle managers

Archaic ways of working where workload is not even distributed where it should be and very hierarchical
Given GSK is a consumer healthcare company their is very little interest in what customers need and no willingness to provide good products unless there is a huge profit margin
