Things are rarely "going well" at GSK. They have elevated re-organizations, downsizings, layoffs and RIFs to an art form. People literally go from month to month wondering when their group will be the next one "hit". The political BS is stifling - people are promoted and advanced, not on skill set or capabilities, but on who they know and how they are connected.
