Great health and retirement benefits w pension plan, strong leadership at local level. pay for performance uncapped bonus, reasonable goals
Cons
National leadership is lost and fumbling. New Natinal Sales Manager doesn't believe in importance of relationships to sales and shifts territories and reps with alarming regularity, changing sales force to rep for hire w/ 3 yr contracts and less benefits no chance for longterm employment. New bonus program not based on performance rather on customer feedback sort of... NO place for a real performer.
