      Flexi working hour. People are nice and low political. Benefit is overall good. Working environment is comfortable and standard level.

      Cons

      Company chance in fast paced, communication lagging from top down. Lose in compliance control from Global to local market. Too many approval level and dragging the efficiency of work.
