      Pros

      Well respected in the medical and scientific community. Excellent dedication to doing the right thing to help patients recieve the medications they need even if it meant providing it for free if possible. Very Committed to World Wide Health Care. especially in treatment and elimination of disease in the 3rd world communities....HIV AIDS, Hepatitis, Malaria, elephantisis etc. Agressive research and scientific commitment

      Legal & regulatory had too much control over operations. Employee often found out company news or product concerns with the public. Like many large companies employees became more of a number than a colleague ...stress levels placed on all employees is extreemely high 10 on a 1-10

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Cons

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
