      Good culture, good people, benefits are ok, work life balance is good, easier than other pharmas to change roles/departments

      Cons

      Depends on the business unit but expect some to be flat (aka no positions to promote into). Benefits for glasses suck (only $200 every 2 years)

      If you have passion for your work, this is a great place to be. A lot of innovation. People are kind and humble.

      Big matrixed organization troubles. LT tries to work through it.

      Great Pay and Amazing Benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
