Pros
Large, progressive, international company with many opportunities for growth. GSK has a generous educational policy to develop employees to their fullest. Lots of talented, hard-working people, striving to continuously improve what is already a world-class operation. The IT organization runs with high level of efficiency and very high-level of compliance.
Cons
Lack of leadership, cronyism and weak management in key positions resulted in the loss of public trust, missed business opportunities and forced down-sizing. The company has a much reduced R&D capacity as they now focus only on research with the highest profit potential.
