Pros
Work travel was a huge highlight - especially the partner downgrade benefit The remuneration overall was very competitive A lot of great and gifted people working across all levels of the company HR did a huge amount which often went unrecognised
Cons
Very limited career progression in certain areas Leadership is not very strong or inspirational across the board More work to be done on bullying and harassment in pockets of the organisation
