Odd place to work - Marketing Communications Manager GSMA Employee Review

Snobbery from the board and senior management about their own importance. Big issue with lack of communications across the organisation making it hard to do a communications role within it. Culture is very tense and this comes from lack of open dialogue from the top management. Its also very cliquey and political .. high staff turnover for those not in positions of power and paranoia for those who are. A lot of misunderstanding and misinterpretation Not for the faint-hearted or those to like to have a happy, balanced life!
