I’m really sorry to read that your experience has been so poor. Love your job, be proud and inspiring are values that I really believe in and I believe my management team do as well. Heads of Group Support report directly to me and I will raise your comments with each of them at our regular one-to-one meetings. I’m very concerned that you believe your area to be under resourced. We have a budget for our new financial year which has been built up by each Group Support function and so I’m not aware of any resource issues except possibly some outstanding roles which we haven’t been able to fill yet. If you’d like to give me more information I’d be very happy to investigate this further.
