Poor salaries - Team Leader Gattaca Employee Review

Thank you for your comments. We've recently completed a benchmarking exercise for all our salaries across the organisation and as a result, we committed ourselves to paying above the National Living Wage Foundation rate of pay for both inside and outside London. We've also recently gone through a cost of living increase across the whole organisation, which many of our competitors have not done. Whilst we appreciate some role might be slightly below the curve, we're working on decreasing this gap over time. Some exciting times ahead for Gattaca! I'd recommend airing your views with your manager in the first instance. There could be opportunities to progress or move around the business.
