      Pros

      After a couple of not great years the appointment of the new CEO & CFO took the business back to basics with the people at the heart of what they do. Still bridges to mend between front and back office but improving

      Cons

      Lost track for a while with lack of respect from front to back office and perceived big billers running the show. Too many projects running at the same time making for long days
