Terrible experience and under paid - Inside Sales Generac Power Systems Employee Review

Upper management is absolutely ridiculous. They do not take the work you do into consideration. They push their employees hard just to get their bonus. They claim to be a family oriented company and they are not. Do not let them fool you. They would rather work you to death than to care for your own children when something is wrong. The pay is terrible. Pay at generac is about 2% under the normal rate of pay that you would get with a different company.
