      No strategy beyond watching the weather channel, good old boy culture that is borderline harassing on a daily basis and above all just a toxic environment that turnovers so many people it is infamous in the area with recruiters.

      Pros

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Cons

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
