Pros

Fast growing, energetic feel. Great people. Ethical. Career advancement potential. It is a company with good fundamentals, a great strategy, and on the right track. Surprisingly very little bureaucracy for a public company its size. They have hired a lot of really talented and experienced people in the last few years which has greatly benefited the knowledge base of the company. A lot of recent investment in people development.

Cons

There are some growing pains as the company has rapidly grown and is expanding quickly with a global presence. However, growing pains are normal and company management has good vision and sets right culture to meet the challenge. You need to be someone with realistic perspective and be patient with (and be excited about) the constant continuous improvement projects. If you're someone who is uncomfortable with change, this isn't the place for you.

Pros

No background checks. Good for people needing a job quickly.

Cons

Where to start? Poor leadership on all levels. A bunch of talk about quality and the customer but are happy pushing out inferior product and dealing with it later, but then blame all the workers (via no quarterly bonus due to impossible metrics they have little/ no control over) instead of correcting the workers responsible. They are SO CHEAP. Cheap in pay, cheap in providing what employees need in a timely manner or if ever, cheap in benefits, cheap all the way around. They want drones, not humans. Very high turnover rate. A lot of promises and little follow up. If you sign up for the annual company picnic and cant make it, they take money directly out of your check for each person signed up to go. Poor training. Reactive, not proactive.
