      Pros

      Monday through Friday and paid holidays.

      Cons

      To many to list. Micro management, no trust, more work and responsibility is added to an already over worked staff with no increase in pay, not even a pat on the back. Team leads and managers as well as some VP's and HR needs to be fired.

      Pros

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Cons

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
