Traditional pension plan, flexible work environment, growth opportunities, not subject to as much public and market scrutiny as public companies, less restriction on budget constraints, innovative ITS leadership team that supports new ideas, learning from mistakes, and various career development opportunities
Cons
Somewhat stronger resistance to changes, higher risk aversion level

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review about your experience with General Atomics and affiliated companies.
Good working environment
Exciting projects
Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)
Cons
Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
