      You will never be bored. If you can walk, chew gum, and juggle at the same time, this is a good place for you.

      Cons

      Increasingly compartmentalized corporate structure, but a still has the illusion of a "Just get it done" philosophy. Same, multi-system, mishmosh of resources that plague other companies who fail to integrate legacy data into a new systems.
