      Pros

      Benefits are fantastic. One of the few companies that have a pension plan. Flexible working hours. Management that understands that life is random, and you have to adjust accordingly.

      Cons

      You are in so many meetings, it is hard to accomplish anything during work hours. You'll find yourself working late, or coming in early, in order to get anything accomplished.

      Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

      Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
