      Pros

      Great people, competitive salaries. Many program managers, supervisors, and directors have a technical background and are very smart.

      Cons

      Managers are often hands off. The just give you a task and let you run with it. I like this, but some people want to be told exactly what to do all the time.

      Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

      Cons

      Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
