      Decent Pay. Skilled people who work hard for success

      Cons

      Negative leadership from the top No 9/80 (the rest of the company has it) Poor contact bid success. The division is struggling to overcome a poor reputation caused by the EMALS/AAG programs for the navy. Layoffs and attrition have reduced the workforce by probably 25% in the last year.

      Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

      Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
