Not terrible, a little old school - Senior Engineer General Atomics Employee Review

Company culture and management style is more traditional/old school, they're pushing everyone back to working in the office for no reason. Timecards are a pain and yearly reviews/promotions aren't really performance based, its more of a round robin to stick to quotas.
