Pros
GD was a very inclusive environment when I started working there, great benefits, great management, awesome team environment, and plenty of opportunities for growth.
Cons
After growing in size, GD was hit by the contracting environment and the benefits became pretty standard to the market, as well as all of the really great managers moved on to new positions - still a good company, but they are pretty comparable to the rest of the large corporations, nothing to set them apart from the rest.
