Pros
They pay well when times are good. Starting to offer basic incentive programs. You will find that you wear multiple hats.
Cons
Place is somewhat disorganized, accountability isn't easily found, and management is a bit fickle . Hourly employees do not have a clear path upwards in the pay structure- management uses this to their advantage . Basic production tasks are driven to heavily by management who have little experience in the matter- the process becomes several times more difficult and is unnecessarily dragged out.
