      Pros

      Real World Mission of supporting troops and second hand making a difference. Very good Christian folks for the most part. There is a team attitude with a couple exceptions to the rule.

      Cons

      This is an organization from WWII. Little has changed since, nor is it likely. The paneling is original from the period as is the rest of the place. The expectations of some are great, while others loaf. There is a nepotism of sorts in that it is a very tight group that has run the place for decades. Change management is preached, but not implemented. There are a couple big time asses that somehow manage to stay in middle management despite their incredible ineptitude and lack of people skills.

      Pros

      Good communication between supervisors and production employees. From hiring, human resources, management, supervisors, and other employees I was respected and had a very personable experience.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say about the company.

      Pros

      1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

      Cons

      1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
