Toxic work environment - Project Manager General Dynamics Employee Review

Upper managers from out of town would come in and go directly to the office of highest ranking person in town and would never say anything to any of the staff. Didn't seem to have time for anyone else. It was a toxic work environment, lots of backstabbing and attempts by staff to make themselves look better by tearing others down.
