Every other Friday off. You work 9 hours/day, working Friday 8 hours.
Cons
Nepotism runs rampant here. Too many people working there for 20+ years and they're all intertwined whether by marriage, blood, or friendship. Management is untrustworthy and they don't seem to like people that don't have a connection to anyone working there. Extremely antiquated work tools - don't expect to utilize anything modern. Classic bait and switch from interview to actual on the job rules. Don't keep anything of value at your desk or it will get stolen - either by management or another employee. Don't expect anyone to be truthful - 95% of the people here lie. Depending on who your manager is, they won't allow you to use your sick/personal days (you get personal and vacation days).
