Very good parent company that is stable and will likely be around for many lifetimes. Intellectually challenging environment that offers you some upward movement possibilities.
Cons
A bit stodgy and slow moving at times. Top heavy (with baby boomers) with lots of folks who have trouble handing over the reigns.
